In addition to serving as a Life & Wellness Coach and Reiki Master at IZLIND, Lisa held the positions of Consultant at Monarch Housing in NJ, Regional Director of Business Development & Community Partnerships for an anti-poverty non-profit (Single Stop in NYC), and served as faculty with the Leadership Academy at Fedcap, Inc. where she mentored rising leaders within the organization.
