Private Guided Yoga Nidra: a 50-minute personalized, guided meditation practice which includes body sensing, connection to breath and heart’s intention, positive emotions, a journey into nature, and feelings of well-being and integration. Can be done lying down or seated in a chair. Includes an audio download. Available as a single session or a discounted package of 4 sessions.
