Are you ready to get stronger?
After the age of 30, we begin to lose up to 3-5% of our muscle mass every decade. Less muscle means weakness, lessened mobility, weaker bones, slower metabolic rate and an increased risk of falls and fractures. Are you interested in slowing down or even reversing that trend?
In this six-week exercise class, we will explore resistance training as an easy way to help you regain and maintain your strength and fitness. You'll learn a series using exercises utilizing both resistance bands and body weight, in a safe and supervised environment without the pressure and overwhelm often felt in a gym.
Each week will build on the last so at the end of the program you will have a set of exercises that you can do on your own after the class has finished. You'll work hard in class but we promise that it will be fun and inspiring.
