Find your foundation in this workshop for the knees and ankles. Through gentle movements and focused attention, we'll explore the potential of these often overworked joints, focusing on reducing tension, improving flexibility, and distributing effort by involving more of the body in your movement. The lessons are basic and gentle, but please contact the instructor before registering if you're recovering from recent surgery or a knee replacement.
