Learn 3 easy breathing practices to calm yourself during the busy and stressful holiday season, followed by a 40 minute guided yoga nidra session to relax the body, mind and spirit. Participants will be given a handout with instructions for creating a daily breath work practice and will receive a recording of this yoga nidra journey for personal use at home.
