Dr. Trapani-Barber graduated from California Southern University with a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. She has been a board-certified behavior analyst since 2008 and obtained her license in behavior analysis in 2014. Dr. Trapani-Barber has nearly fifteen years working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities and has extensive experience in conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans and providing consultation, training and supervision in these areas.
Dr. Trapani-Barber previously served as the Clinical Coordinator for Anderson Center for Autism (where she received the Executive Leadership Award) and Clinical Director for Greystone Programs, Inc. In 2012, she was the recipient of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s “40 Under 40” Award and later completed their foundations Leadership Dutchess Class in 2014 and served as a mentor in 2015. Dr. Trapani-Barber is actively involved in her local community, donating her time to various charitable causes, committees and events.
